  •  Your home listed on the MLS website and on www.marcaubin.ca .  This will ensure maximum exposure, making your listing  available to other realtors and also to all potential buyers.                

  •  “For Sale” sign on your property from Marc Aubin & Associates. 

  •  20 photos taken to be uploaded on MLS and marcaubin.ca website. 

  •  Open houses held by Marc Aubin, licensed Realtor and Broker, to promote the sale of your home. 

  •  Your home viewing appoints will be scheduled and confirmed through Marc Aubin & Associates office. 

  • Offers will be negotiated and presented through Marc Aubin & Associcates with the guidance  and expertise of Marc Aubin. 

  • Lock box installed at your home for other Realtors to show your property. 

  • You maintain control to sell your home on your own, potentially eliminating the buyers commission fee. If seller finds their own buyer, Marc Aubin will guide clients through the selling process, removal of conditions and complete all conveyancing for the deal .
